Hi Erik, I preordered but I only see 2 Canada East and a Europe DL. Is there a US DL?....GP

I used the Canada servers from the Southern US without any problem, speeds were ok.

I assume those 3 mirrors are same for everyone. Canada was probably much cheaper than US, having X GB upload bandwidth is not cheap.

Our default is in the US, but the Canada mirrors should work fine for you. Go with whatever looks the least busy.

I am about to download the game but like one of the members has already mentioned I don't see a US server to download just 2 from Canada and 1 from Europe.

I am in Australia does this matter for down here to use one the Canadian ones?.

Feel free to try them all and see which one is fastest for you.

I have been trying since yesterday a number of times on all 3 servers with a 1gb fiber optics connection from Italy, never got through.

Is there a way to order the Print version ( I had preordered the soft ver )

Can you please share your external IP (you can find it by going to https://myexternalip.com/)? We can then check to see if there's any issue between you and our download servers.

Have you tried downloading through the Members Area / My Page links to see if that works any better for you?

Do you have any firewall software installed that could be interfering?

We plan to add a separate "Physical Upgrade" option to the store next week if all goes well. That will allow customers who already purchased the download only version to add on a physical copy. Stay tuned - I'll announce it here once it's available.

My external IP is 96.42.46.50 anyway I finally decided to use a VPN and in less than a minute it was done. So much time lost, I guess I should have thought about it earlier.

Thanks armonica, I'm glad that ended up solving it for you but we'll check our logs to see if there are any issues that could have caused the initial problem for you.

We checked and confirmed that nothing on our side was blocking the downloads, so something between us must have been filtering you and the VPN allowed you to get around that.

Any update or info on when the physical manual and media may ship for those that ordered that?

I read that the first wave of shipments go out on or after April 15th....GP

The estimate of April 16th for the first physical pre-order shipments has not changed. As far as we know, the first manuals will still be arriving in the warehouse around that time.

What are the odds it ships to NY in 3 days, I wonder. I leave town on the 20th, and was hoping to have some light reading for the plane. [:D]

You'll be all set... if you plan on bringing a tablet and the PDF. [;)]

On further review, you may just get it before you leave! I think mine will be delivered on the 20th, and it is coming from NY. Since you live in NY, it should obviously be shorter delivery time for you. Looks like they are using Fedex for final delivery, so I expect you might get your copy by Monday if it was in the same shipment as mine.
