AI Air Assist not creating New ADs on T1

Tested in multiple scenarios, with Automatic AI Air assist turned off, and both sides as 'human'. In the air planning phase, when deleting all initial Air Directives, and then activating the "AI Air Assist" toggle, nothing would happen and no new ADs would be created. This applied equally to both Axis and Soviet when games started.

After T1 (i.e. after the Soviet turn) the AI Air assist toggle when pressed would now create new ADs. No actions from the player, including movements, adjustments to the AOG stance/priorities were made, only the deleting of the initial ADs in the air phase. The no action from the AI assist is especially impactful on T1 for the Soviets in the grand campaign, where the only initial AD's are Ground Support across all AOGs, and no automatic recon, etc missions being created.

The AI Air Assist does not work on turn 1. It will use the default air directives from the scenario to run the first turn. If you delete the existing air directives and then form a new one yourself (even just a simple RECON directive) it will then kick in and manage it. The AI Air Assist will not create any Ground Attack directives as of yet so the Axis will not bomb the Soviet airfields left to itself. As to the Soviets, I would just create a new Air Directive and then let it go from there.
