Looking for new ELO game as either side

Anyone interested in a new ELO game as either side? Open to any additional house rules. I consider myself an intermediate player although this will be my second ELO match. I do not have a ranking yet, so consider me fresh meat LOL. I can play multiple turns per day.

I'm about same level and happy to do take you up on an ELO match. Also happy with either side.
Do you happen to know if ELO rules allow for the use of the Naval Mod?
Either way, keen to play!

ELO games need to be un-modded. I will setup a game. PSWD = 1234 Note that my in game name is gadjan. I will take allies. See you in game and GL.
