German Supply (in Russia).

What is the supply effect of Italian, Romanian, Hungarian HQs in German occupied Russia? Italy may be different from the other minors. I don't know. How much does rating and experience affect Suppy?

In terms of how they influence supply numbers on the map there is no difference between German, Italian or minor Axis HQs. The rating and experience numbers of the HQ mainly effects unit morale, readiness and combat effectiveness. So, as far as I can tell even the most mediocre HQ will give out the same supply distribution that an elite one does.

Logistics tech tho will make a difference.
