Get error while downloading update file

I have the original CD-ROM release of Uncommon Valor - Campaign for the South Pacific and I have tried to download the 42 meg update file with no success. I download less then 200k and I get an error message stating: ERROR DOWNLOADING FILE (#99, LINE 2). Can anyone tell me what is wrong and can I correct it?
