Does anyone have an idea on my issue? All of the other GG games upload perfectly and quickly, but it seems it takes a very long time to upload a GG war in the east 2, is there anyone else out there having the same issue?

We've had no reports of any other similar issues so far. I would think it has to be something between you and us that's slowing things down. Could be the VPN, could be another server on the way.

My VPN is turned off, all other games seem to be working fine using the same method, just do not understand.

If it's still happening without the VPN, please let us know your external IP with the VPN off (you can check it here https://myexternalip.com/ ) and we can take a look at the PBEM server logs to see if we can see any issue on this end with your connection. It's almost certainly something between us that we can't control though, but we can check to make sure.
