I made a quick mod that makes the swamps more noticeable.
Make a backup of you art folder before moving these files to:
Matrix Games\Gary Grigsby's War in the East 2\Dat\Art\Tiles\Swamp

Awesome job MakeeLearn. I am using the subdued version and it is great. I installed it using JSGME. It was easy and looks great.
