In Road to Leningrad scenario I capture Riga on turn one and then try to assign a CB from 16th Army to the city but the game crashed to desktop. (Possibly important caveat: I ordered the transfer a couple AOG to Riga.) Save game file attached.

I can't repeat the crash from your save (I was able to assign 1 unit then APs ran out). Is the save before you transferred the AOGs? If so, can you try to get a save right before the crash so we can repeat it. Thanks.

I just downloaded the version uploaded above, opened it, the only thing I did after opening it was to assign a CB to Riga and it crashed. Don't know why it works for you. I think I remember assigning 2 CBs to Riga in a test run of the full campaign and not having an issue.
