Possible Bug - Commander's Report Filter

Hello, when I try and filter out theatre boxes (only select map) on the HQ Screen in Commanders Report it still shows the other non-map theatre boxes. Not sure if this is a bug, and if not can someone explain how I can filter these out?
It seems like it's treating all the theatre boxes as part of the map, which I guess technically they are, but there's also a separate MAP location for units that are actually on the German/Russian playing map.
