[User interface suggestion] Depot status indicator

Reduce clicking to check depot status.
. Default background = connected to rail net, no bomb damage.
. Red background = depot not connected to rail net.
. Orange background = depot bombed in last enemy air phase.
Colors would need tweaking of course [:D]
