Got this at the top of the start of turn report as the Axis.

'Losses on the Eastern Front are unsustainable. A reorganisation of armament production is in action to keep up with replacements'

What does this signify? Is there an actual effect, or is it historical flavour? Either way, it scared me!

It is the start message of the added economic multiple bonus to Germany.

Looks like on 2/1/42 you get your first increase of 3%, then every 3 months after it.
