Soviet bases not inercepting.

I am playing as the Soviets. When I looked at the air losses from the German Turn 6, I had lost over 850 planes at the cost of only 15 Germans. I checked the CR and the on-screen battle reports. The Germans could bomb my planes 6-7 times each (instead of the max of 2) and NONE of my planes responded to any of the attacks.

Are you using the latest patch?

I am (1.12.06?) and have never encountered this issue before.

Me neither. Does rerunnig the turn make any difference?
Is there a Steam version?
