Can't find way to automate this.

I'm really in depression having to open every f* batallion and click "Clear all transfers".

Please add command button in CR, or game option "No scheduled transfers at all".

the idea is to use it sparingly, you'll simply get into a complete mess if you stop them all.

It's turn 48 and I am not in a complete mess so far.

What mess are we due to get into?

Well, it's a bit debatable at least. Term "complete mess", in my opinion, much more fits situation when your beloved guards division jumps to Transcaucasian front in the middle of it's army operation. I'd even say it is carefully chosen words for given situation.

I see some attemp to beign historical, it is okay for me. Just give me please a button in CR. It is great game, it does not need a million clicks to have some gameplay.

Edit: I'm talking about cancelable transfers only! Not "hardcoded" ones.

In my game where I'm actively managing theater boxes, I've gotten into the habit of reviewing upcoming transfers each turn and cancelling as appropriate. (For me this is mostly cancelling transfers to theaters where I've already transferred extra forces.)

That's near to acceptable for divion size transfers. Dumb and meaningless, but doable. But it is madness for artillery, engeneers, etc. CLICK'EM ALL COMMON CLICK'EM ALL.

I find TB's to be quite managable, if you are willing to spend the time on them, and cancel out all the predone transfers.

I would also second a clear all transfers box, as well as a "in Transit to" box.
