Buy Collectors Edition

Hi,
I have been trying to find a way to buy the collectors edition - I am very into printed manuals.
It seems like the only available editions are digital or DX Edition - neither of which come with a printed manual.
Anyone know how to get it?

You can get the PDF and print it.
The game is still very much in flux, with the Airfroce and whole Pull Point system just recently added. So any printed manual would be out of date in about a quarter year.

I have printed the .pdf
Just wanted to throw some money at the devs for some nice physical tactile type stuff.
For up-to-date info it is always the latest changelogs and forum-posted-discoveries these days.
Thanks though. I do appreciate that a printer-friendly .pdf was provided. Saves me a lot of ink.
