If the area is set to 0 it shows as 0(1) but if I choose 1 it will show as 1(0) or in the case of the picture I included 5(0). Additionally when I create other Air Sup. missions they will all be created as x(0).

that's because no air groups have range to perform that mission, you can see the groups' names are darkened

Ok so its not the case they cant make it to the hex it is that the a certain amount of the area is beyond their reach. Ok that makes sense. Thanks
