Steps to reproduce:
- Start a new game and press F12 to pass air phase (or load an existing one)
- Do any attack
- While the combat resolution screen is still active, press Shift-Q (to quit game)
- Notice how the game freezes forcing you to use the task manager to kill the process

It's easily repeatable. Thanks for the report, we'll get it on our bug list.
