UI buttons always toggled on

Small issue - for some reason every time I open a turn on the server, the 'Show Command Efficiency' button is toggled on.
Even though I toggle it off, it's back on again when I open the game again!

Some button states are saved off in the save file and restored when it is loaded.

Thanks - is there any way I can select 'Show Command Efficiency' button to not be active every time I load the game?

If you toggled it off before you saved, it should stay off. It's part of the save state.
