Customize OOB error

Hey vic,
Was trying to customize an independent Mech AT Batt, and wasn't able to add infantry. I can add MG or tanks etc, just not infantry.
Playing latest beta.
Got all units enabled, no obsolete or something...
Will send savegame file.
