Interface question.
Where do I see the public budget, worker salary, sign-up bonuses etc for a zone? I can only find them on the orders for the governor, but later when I want to check what they are - where are they displayed/reported?

They're in the various sub-tabs of the zone tab of the bottom panel. The values in the center of the zone tab are all clickable buttons.
