asking help for LV

I am a superfan of SPWAW,having been playing it since 1997 continously.Though extremly experienced fighting with AI,I have never had experience of playing with human opponent, because I do not know how to play on internet. Can anyone please let me know how to do it?

I have one more problem ,this time concerning LV .I finished Desert fox in last Dec ,and began LV at the same time.Till now I have tried it for 5 times ,each time in Potapov episode, the scenario of Potapov strikes comes back again and again in the same game like an endless circle,I tried all means, including not moving the units throughout the scenario to get decisive defeats to get out of Potapoc episode, which ended in a decisive defeat for the whole campaign after the "Kri... bridge "?scenario(when all the trucks are upgraded to halftrucks).

Can anyone here send me by email a save file of a certain scenario after Potapov episode,so that I can restart the campaign from that point of game, thus avoiding the Potapov problem? And since I am an illiterate of computer, can you please also tell me how to convert your save to my game file?

Please help me complete this ultimate military game experience. This LV,according to me,is "the game to end all the games",at least for the present time.

William

I just scanned this forum, fortunately I found the save file posted by Rbrunsban and Jim.I have downloaded a save file of Rbrunsban of scenario No. 17,I hope this scenario is the aftermath of pripet marsh.I can restart the campaign from this point.

Thanks.

well,I'm not as stupid as not knowing what the patch is.
Last year,I payed a student 70Can$ to install the game and all patches (7.1,1.02...) step by step strickly following the thread of Jim 1950 on how to apply patches. That took the student 2 hours to do it,tough work indeed.(perhaps he's not a computer game player).
