Noticed that the Stalingrad T-34 factories shut down on turn 71. Is it possible in future patches or scenarios that the factories are evacuated/do not shut down instead, or is that already factored in via increased production of the other T-34 factories around turn 78-80?

If I remember correctly, they were only shut down due to the Germans entering the city around that time in Nov 42.
