I get a message " the program is not responding " in the Russian AI turn T1 for 4-5 seconds, then starts again and completes. This is the full campaign scenario. I`m concerned about it when we get far into the game with lots going on.
This is with the latest patch.

That often happens with AI working/thinking. Just wait for it to finish.

That's normal - if you click while the AI is thinking, Windows will think it's not responding. It just needs time to finish thinking.
