Installing Germany Reforged

Trying to install Germany Reforged (new computer, the old one died) over the latest updated version of Red Storm, 2.0.14,but it refuses unless I have 2.0.10 ... and this is no longer available ...

Is there fix?

Do first install the PC installer
Then Germany Reforged.
And then the update 2.0.14
