Hello wargamers and Alvaro! I was wondering if there was going to be any more youtubers doing let's plays of this before release? I saw the "Tour" videos and Gamer's YT vids but would like to see some more gameplay before I decide if I want to purchase and think it would be good if some people were sent advanced copies to play. Thanks!

Of course. We just finalized the final FINAL version to go out. I wanted to be sure there were no mistakes. I found a couple more bugs and things wrong and asked Matrix to redo the build. I am kind of a perfectionist and try to look at the new game from a player's perspective when they 1st open it and play it.

The thing is if you already own WarPlan and like it, you will like WarPlan Pacific.

I am probably stating the obvious, but it is an insanely significant feat to come up with a game system that works in both theaters. And an even more incredible feat to then code that system.

The most exciting thing about this game is the carrier battles. You just never know what is going to happen. And the whole game might hinge on them.

I gathered you are from the quality of the game. I am a latecomer but now a Warplan fan(atic). The game's elegance is testimony to your dedication to perfection. Can't wait for WP: Pacific.

Both editions of the game are truly labors of love and it shows.

The tour video's were really good from my perspective ....

Yeah I didn't think that the tour videos were bad I just enjoy seeing them played in long form is all. Personally I am kind of on the fence for this game because I really enjoy wargames that have a lot of events and flavor in them (HOI4/Strategic Command) and WarPlan doesn't really have that. Just a personal preference, but I will probably pick this game up eventually just because it appears to do the Pacific Theater pretty well!

It's a pure wargame. SC has a ton of historical flavor
