I started a new game in version 1.06.05 some months ago.
Great work, its a little bit more challenging than in the older version i played before.
Its Nov. 43 in the Grand Campaign, I play as German, and now the FW190A8 and A8/R7 is available.

I can not use the R1 modification at the A8 and I can not switch the Sturmböcke to the MK108 modification. Both can carry only the 21cm Rockets.
Sturmstaffel 1 flew some missions with the MK108, then I switched to Rockets and now, I can not switch back to MK108 guns.
The same appears with the normal A8, it is not possible to attach the R1 modification. FW190A6 R1 works, Bf109 G6 R6 also works, also the Bf110 and Me 410 can switch their armament.

Is this a bug?

Try the beta patch, your saves should work and I think we fixed that issue.

I have installed 1.06.22 and its the same. It occurs with the Me 110 G4/R7, too. No extra cannons (upgrade to R8) can be added.

What happens when you start a new campaign from scratch?

Sorry for the late reply! Everything worked from the moment the planes were originally available (without research). From this time everything is available. For my example the FW190 A8´s armament could be switched to R1 from January ´44.
