I am getting a blinking affect when I run the game on either of my PC's. Is like a momentary black screen lasting for one second to a just precipitable black screen blink. I can click on the screen, anywhere, and get the black screen blink. It also happens when I scroll the map and runoff the edge of the screen with the mouse. Anyone else seeing this?

Is there a graphics setup screen where I can change the frame rate or what ever?

Addendum; I now got the black screen to display permanently. If I move the mouse it disappears and the map is display! It appears doing nothing, like as I typed this message the black screen appears. Moving the mouse brings the map display. If the mouse is idle an a certain length of time the black screen appears. The game is pretty much useless now!

Have you installed or updated something since it started to happen? If so I'd look at that first.
