Where is my game?

I ordered a copy of SU:DG on May 9th, it is now May 31st. I live in the state of NY. Your online tech support sucks, I have sent them 3 emails and all I get is automated crap sent back to me. I want my game or my money back....NOW!

I tried calling your phone support line...it's disconnected, WTF is going on with you people? I don't make a habit of throwing away $54+ for nothing. I shouldn't bother but I will give you my MTX number anyway. Maybe by posting here I can get some sort of action or response.

It is: MTX58285

I have also reported a complaint to PayPal as I used their service to buy the game.

I will have Daniel double check this over the weekend but we may have to wait until Monday since our Warehouse is closed. Please email me your number and email and I will have Daniel or myself call you on Monday and fix this for you.

Any issue is that we are currently changing warehouse and over the next week or so. But have no fear we will fix this for you.

Paypal recovered my money

Sorry for the hassle but it seems I just got an email from paypals complaint department, they recovered my money already. In the near future if I decide to buy the game I may contact you again.
