Do all have FOW? Does one have more FOW? Which is the one that is most accurate?
For example on the same day the Intel reports show 11 Buffalos shot down. Combat report that day shows 1 Buffalo shot down. Watching the combat animations shows something different as well...
Which is best for most accurate?

Press "search", enter the search words "fog of war", select "less precise match" and "all topics".
You will get pages and pages of hits, but I suggest you start with "Some puzzling SigInt".

add -archive switch to your command line. That will put every days reports in the archive folder located in the save folder.

That is without the archive switch ; only the current date is saved.
Using the switch saves them all by game date. That is where Tracker gets the data over time from.

I don't believe that tracker uses the archive folder, but combat reporter does.

There is also intel from the replay in the lower left text corner that scrolls by. You can pause the game and scroll thru it a different points of the replay it resets.
Ships can be inaccurate during the animation.
Hits are sometimes misrepresented, but the additional damage messages seems correct during animation.
I think Tracker will use archive if you use multiple load turn function.

The combat report has lots of FOW too. The in-game and Tracker stats are better but as far as I've seen also can have FOW.

Not if you don't save in the same slot every time.
I use every last saved game slot so saved games and all reports don't get overwritten until you have to cycle back to the first slot.
This is also why Tracker is useless to me.

Actually Hans, it does not really have to be useless. You could use one slot for your tracker save and the rest of them for daily saves. You would just have to save each turn twice.
