Problem editing Airgroups & AOGs

I'm trying to create my own scenario.
I've prepared my Airgroups via csv.file (using free slots). Each unit has an appropriated AirHQ ID (present in the OOB, 'unit' file. I double checked the corect type and flags), but after uploading the Airgroups in the scenario, the link to the AirHq ID is missing and it's impossible to edit it in the screen.
I pass to the AOGs.
I try to edit it from scratch, directly in the related screen (no cvs.file).
After I edit the first one, again it's impossible to link it with the AirHQ ID.
If I click the 'Air HQ', I see the list; I pick the first one, but without result.
At last, if I come back to the Airgroups screen and I try to link one unit to the AOG created,
again it fails to pick it.
Where am I wrong?
thanks in advance
regards

Hi Looking at the CSVs I think that the link information may be in the AOGs dara which cannot be exported as yet. I have set up a working Bulgarian air force but through the editor manually not via CSV.
I exported a copy of my units data and for my air command and the AOG number (444) is not stored in any of the columns
Process I followed to set up the command was:
1. Under units I set the top level command (on the left in the screen shot)
2. Under AOGs I set the top level AOG (on the right in the screenshot)
3. Back under units I was able to link them via the AOG option at the top above and to the right of the unit counter.
4. After that I was able to create another level of AOGS and then in AGs I was able to assign all the units to airbases and AOGs.
Hopefully this information may help you.

I believe this is a known bug and is in place to prevent corruption of the generic data.

Difficult to say. If you attach the scenario file to a post, I could look and see.

Maybe I have discovered some arcane ...
a) as first, you need to identify the Airbase ID, which activates the other clicks (otherwise they are not accessible)
b) with the Airbase ID identified in the Airgroup Unit screen, it is possible to link the ID of the AOG.
c) at this point, going to the AOG screen, it is now possible to link the AirHQ, but the 'size' parameter must be consistent with the level of the AirHq itself ...
Of course, if there was an editor manual ...

I'm not sure if it's a bug or something.
When you move the air-group in the editor to other slot by copy-paste it cleans number of planes (line "planes" under line "pilots"). While editing you can easily miss it. Then you save your scenario and load it again. Now planes in this air-group disappears completely (lines "ready/damaged/reserve").

Unfortunately, the airgroup-AOG part is the most fragile part of the editor. After big upgrades to my scenarios, I always go back and ensure that my AOG assignments are still correct. I believe that by moving around slots in the UNITS list, that AOGs can sometimes get wiped. I always keep an extra backup copy showing me what my AOG assignments are.
