Supply over Lake Ladoga?

I’m having trouble finding any special rules regarding supply over Lake Ladoga. Does supply chain over ports without penalty (beachhead supply, isolation determination?)
Only finding rules about ice.
Would supply daisy chain from Syasstroy to Osinovets to Leningrad to Tallinn and beyond?
Any pointers on where to look in the manual or practical experience from the Soviet side appreciated.

as far as the non-freeze rules go, its the standard rule set - see especially 25.6.2. There is nothing specific to Ladoga over than what is in that section

So in the case below, Pskov is off the rail net, but would they be isolated?
Would rail net be calculated from Tallinn?
Remaining option are to isolate Tallinn from Pskov, OR capture Osinovets OR capture Syasstroy OR use naval interdiction at some point in the port chain?

here you could chain say priority #1 at Syasstroy (it'll take some supply off Moscow), #2 at Osinovets, #3 at Leningrad, and #4 at Talinin.
You'll get some supply to Talinin but not much as there is relatively limited shipping capacity over Ladoga and rail capacity around Leningrad (since the Germans have cut the Moscow-Leningrad rail).
More usually I'd run priority #2 at Syasstroy, #3 at Osinovets, #4 at Leningrad. But that assumes you hold nothing else on the Baltic Sea

I'm playing the Road to Leningrad online, so I don't have access to saves, just screenshots.
However, Totenkopf SS drove through the town of Volkhov and cut the rail link to Syasstroy before settling for the night in Novaya Ladoga, so the depot at that port is off the rail net except to Murmansk. Not sure how that works in this scenario.
Just trying to understand how the isolation rules work relative to distance from NSS in this case the following locations:
Having trouble finding the relevant info in the manual. How does hex flipping/supply work in Wite2? I'm used to WitE and cut off hexes flipping and exceeding 100 MP from railhead I think would also get you cut off during logistics phase. I've seen hexes flip during logistics phase in WitE2, just not locating the rules that drive this and how to incorporate it in my game.

hex control/change - 7.4.3 Converting Enemy Controlled Hexes
rail network - 25.2.1
23.14.1 rules for isolation - distance to NSS has no meaning in this context
a depot that has lost its direct rail link can (maybe) still claim supply but it won't get much see 25.5.
So you are not getting much supply to the port on Lake Ladoga, you'll get some to Leningrad and near zero beyond that.
More generally, don't assume that WiTE1 rules and concepts apply. I know everyone sort of understands this but its also easy to play as if it is WiTE1 with some differences
