[bug added to list, could use earlier saves] Fort Issue

On turn 13 or 14, the forts around Leningrad started showing all of the units on the map. See graphics.
Is this a known bug, or something that can be fixed in game?

I have not seen this before. Do you have a save you can attach? Ideally one just before it started happening and one after.

I'm not sure if I have the file right before or not, as I played a couple turns, but its close to when it started. How do I get you the .sav
file?

Thanks for the save, I've added it to our bug list. If you have earlier saves just before and after the units first showed up on the map, please email those to me as well.
