How do I inrcease the U.I size?

It is simply too small for me to read? I am using windows 10.

I also am having issues the UI and fonts are super tiny on a 5k and 4k HD monitor.
Unfortunately I don't think this game is supported any more, due to the lack of response in the Tech Support threads. Its been six months since the last poster and no response, so I don't have much faith I'll get a response either.
Here are some screenshots straight out of the box:

I do have a solution though, I had to change my desktop screen resolution to a much smaller size and then the menus and items can be read properly.
There is a tool called: res-o-matic-5.1 and I tried that but it fails to load the game, I use for other games and there is no issue but for some reason DG Barbarossa won't run this way, you have to actually change the screen resolution manually.
It would be nice if there was a patch that supported 4k/5k HD monitors, like how WarPlan, WarPlan Pacific and WITE2 do.
