Random trigger

Can you give a random trigger to an event? For example, there is a 50% chance that an event will occur.

The idea was that when the coup in Yugoslavia occurs, there is a 50% chance that it will happen, and a 50% chance that it will fail and Yugoslavia will join the Axis. In this way, Germany will have to consider invading Yugoslavia as soon as possible or wait for the coup to occur.
