An ongoing PBEM game for some reason converted into a hotseat game. Now that game cannot be opened to do the next turn. Is there some way for it to be reset to multiplayer or is it a lost cause?

That is a new one...First I had ever heard of that happening.

You may have to email Matrix support...I am not sure Alvaro can fix it without their help.
