Menu tooltips offset with high res

This isn't a new issue, I've seen it with the original War Plan: with high resolution (3440x1440) all the tooltips in the main menu are shown with a large offset to the right - see the screenshot.

Thanks I will look into it. So this happens in hi rez. Is the UI size adjusted up by chance due to the hi-res?

Yes, the UI seems to adjust its size to the resolutions when I switch them. I tried changing the resolutions (from 1920x1080 up the 3440x1440) and switched between window/fullscreen and for every resolution I tried the main menu tooltips are displaced, and the higher the resolution, the higher the displacement.
