[need saves] My 9th Army HQ is missing!

It is gone. When I click on it from a subordinate unit counter nothing happens and 9th army is not even showing up in the OOB. What is up with that? There should be a brown outline hex somewhere when I click on the subordinate unit. v 100.007

Never mind. They were destroyed! This has never happened before where a German army HQ was destroyed in '41!

I know that isolated HQs in city forts can be destroyed, but I didn't think you'd see HQ's destroyed in other cases. Generally they just rout away. Any idea how it might have been destroyed? Do you have saves going back to before it was destroyed so we can trace what happened?
