VP allocation

Good morning veterans.

Even if i think the Sudden-Death idea is a good one (and i do), its to rigid at the moment imho.

For example i have Leningrad completly encircled in my last game, but the VP location is still defended to hard to just storm it. Under normal circumstances i would just starve it some turns and take it lefthanded, but its early December and i need the VP to avoid sudden death...

It isnt a good concept to force the german player to attack a strong (but completly encircled) fortress in blizzard turns just to avoid SuddenDeath. Normally starve it till January and take it for free, gameconcept is to rigid here as i mentioned.

Possible workaround: Spead the VP a bit more for the main objectives, Leningrad, Stalingrad and Moscow.
Give the city-suburbs a part of it, not the whole bunch just in one hex, maybe the two suburbs at Leningrad 10VP each and 10 in the mainhex, maybe only 5VP in the suburbs and 20 in the mainhex? Same for german VP-cities like Berlin too. This way even getting part of the City becomes more rewarding and might take pressure away from SuddenDeath if u go for one of that cities to avoid it (41 or also 42).

Opinions?
