Naval interdiction - path for interdiction

I think its a bit gamey to get the path itself to a mission location in the interdiction. The interdiction should only apply in the target hexes??

All recon missions also perform recon along their route to and from the target hexes. Naval Patrol is a recon-related mission type - they just have the ability to attack what they find.

Dont agree with that either, sorry - planes fly a mission to an area then perform as per orders - not along the way.

I haven't experimented with it, but I partly agree that the en route interdiction should be lower than in the mission hex. But it's perfectly fine to me that some recon and interdiction is also performed on the mission path.
