New to Warplan - is it worth picking up?

Just saw that Warplan Pacific is out and now I have a renewed interest in picking up the bundle.
Do people generally like this game? Is it good enough to play multiplayer pbem?

If you like these types of games, then it is absolutely worth purchasing.
Very deep yet easily playable. imho
Multiplayer with 'true hotseat'(no internet required); & a powerful editor for creating new/more content.
Did I mention, a very engaged developer.

When you say picking up the bundle I assume you mean both war plan Europe and Pacific? either way if you like strategy games or if you are new to it they are GREAT games, best ww2 strategy game made! and some of the simple genius of how they are designed will take you a bit to pick up so stick with it, descent AI great in pbem, good support, Alvaro is awesome answering questions and supporting his product, so short answer is yes buy them both!
