The Manual says:
An air unit may fly a mission, support, escort, or intercept twice a turn including the enemy’s turn.

I know, usually, I get two operation points on my turn and when I do two operations it does not effect what the unit can do on my enemies turn.

What can the air unit do on the enemy turn? Can it
a) 2 actions
b) intercept twice and interdict twice for 4 total actions.

2 of those actions in total.

Think of it like it has 2 operation points on the enemy turn.

And the oil cost for doing so? Full price for anything 1 action and above?

Of course air units use oil when they act on the enemy turn.

Hey !

If a air unit is on support mod and attack during ennemy turn (ground support, interdiction, naval interception ..) it use fuel.
But if the air is on support mod, but nothing happens during the ennemy turn, doest the unit still use fuel ?

Thanks !

No, oil is subtracted when a mission is run (manually or automatically). You can see your stockpile go down accordingly, at least during your turn.
