AP cost alert

It would be really good if the game could prompt you consistently for when you are about to perform an action that will cost APs.
You are prompted to spend 1AP to build a fort, but you aren't prompted to reassign an AA unit which before you know it has cost you 15APs!
The higher the cost of APs for the action, the more important the prompt is!
