I tired to change TOE in editor and save but when i reload it the TOE goes back to what it was before i changed it. Some kind of bug that prevent overwriting the data?
The same thing happens to factory in city and plane stats...

You have to modify the GedData files (backup them before load and save the changes), not the scenario data.

Like in the folder? I can't find that in the editor.
Edit: I manage to edit generic data in editor and change TOE but doesn't seem to work on factories

For specific units and air groups, city data and factories u hv to do it in the scenario. ToEs, leaders, ground elements and planes u do it in generic data. My understanding is that in future update the game will change to allow all mods be carried out in a specific scenario.
