I am Japanese.
On DEC 21 turn I put sub in Java Sea to attack convoy lanes.
On Allied Dec 21 the UK CVL Hermes and fleet shows up and attacks the sub.

I then move in my CVL Ryujo fleet in Fleet Mode. The CVL Hermes tries to interdict. There is a combat.

-The CVL Ryujo is in supply, in Fleet mode, on Naval, and has one operation point. It is within 3 hexes of the Hermes. It cannot attack. Why?

I then move in the CVL Zuiho. It is in Fleet mode, on naval, in supply, has one operation point left. It is within 3 hexes. It also says it cannot attack. Why?

The Hermes is the one to the NE of the sub.

#1 your sub is near 2 beach hexes so anyone can attack it
#2 the enemy is in heavy rain weather in which air can't attack

Yeah, i figured out the sub thing after someone pointed out to me. Id not think about that.
So many little small things. But that is okay.
