Its the PBEM server down?

My Login to PBEM+-server works fine with other Matrix Games like Warplan and Warplan Pacific. Just tested. But with SC WaW I only get this error message after trying to login to the server.

It could be the server is down at the moment, and if not it might be worth opening a support ticket with Matrix to see if they can help.

I will change the password and will use only letters and numbers in it. Maybe there is a problem with additional characters I use in the password? But at the same time I am able to login to the PBEM++ server with the same password in a different game (WarPlan) from Matrix/Slitherine.

Thanks for the info, that makes sense and it could indeed be that the game doesn't like your password and the game code needs adjusting to better handle it.

If you are up for it, could you email me your old password so I could inspect and test what the problem might be? I also understand why you might not want to share what your old password was, so even perhaps what you suspect would be the troublesome characters would be helpful.
