-Documentation on an EXE an CHK for reading and setting His Var Values. Also added some info on what each His Var Type ID signifies. (usefull for creating new Posture Stratagems)

What does "HIS" stand for?
My best guess is that it stands for "Historical", the same way the instance type 5 and 6 do:
"5 = each historical unit (non-HQ only)"

and

"6 = each historical unit (HQ only)
(not 100% sure type 6 is implemented)"
Which apparently is how you call units.

You have so many unique and historically grown terms, it might be best to add a Glossary

HIS ID is one of the IDs each unit has.
