Is this in there? Watched 4 games so far not sure.

Having seen quite a few games I'm really appreciating and enjoying the ASL-like mechanic on the fire table. Low rolls needed[:)] It's looking pretty solid there. With some mortar fire and smoke, that would turn it up a notch. Perhaps the guys playing have not used it yet. On the inf counters there are (-1) and (-2) in red, what does this mean exactly?

Those are leader counters and their modifiers. Infantry units come in squads, half squads and leaders. The numbers at the bottom of the counters are firepower, range and Casualty Rating.
