I spent some time creating my own counter mod. Heavily influenced by PHalen's mod for Warplan Europe and a little bit of Uxbridge's mod for Warplan Pacific. The land and air units share much from PHalen's mod, the naval units are mostly stock, and the unknown units borrow from Uxbridge. Several recolors to existing countries (no more blue Indian units) plus roundels added to all units (some of which aren't historically accurate but they fit). Hope you enjoy.

To install just unzip/extract into the campaign you want the units to appear in at
\Documents\My Games\WarPlan Pacific\Campaigns
