Cant deploy indian corp

I am not able to deploy the III Corp of india in my game. When I try and deploy it, it gets back in the deployment queue with a one month delay.
It's part of the new shatter feature. I am trying to figure out what is causing it to do that. I asked for a new patch next week.
This rule was changed from being DESTROYED to shattering to the queue recently so you aren't missing out.
The new patch will fix this.
