Lock AOG Button

So I created my own AOG and set it up and used it for 2 turns and the AI then transferred it out to another theater or something. Could we get a button that "freezes" the assigned AOGs UNLESS they have a transfer turn set within their individual AOG, you know like some of them have, at certain turns they transfer in and others transfer out. That's fine, but a button that locks the assigned AOGs would be good.
