... until matrixgame will fix the WIN10 problem

So I have : newest laptop , WIN10 and JTCS + the update and it does't work.
Thanks to your grace (you are so generous) I may read threads on you forum how to run it , but I see no information abut this necessity in your store.

It's so difficult to make an update file on WIN10 ?

I guess you have a right to be unhappy.
Though, most of the Win 10 "problems" are user issues.

I've had no problems with Win 10 since I upgraded to it. Everything JTCS works fine.

Brand new laptop with WIN10, no other third-party software. So where is the "user issue" ?

No issues here running it on Win10. Happy to help troubleshoot if you can provide some details.

Need MS Visual C redistributable 2008 to make CS run on Windows 10.

Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download...x?id=11895, and install "vcredist_x86.exe". Make sure you've patched the game to the latest version. Restart the computer. Try the game again. Next time address your complaints to Microsoft. Let me know if you need their address.
